Our house in Southern California. We moved in in March 2021 and I've added things one project at a time: 25 solar panels and two Powerwalls, a Lennox heat pump, a heat pump water heater, a Z-Wave porch light switch on a SmartThings hub, a Schlage keypad lock, and a Home Assistant Pi I'm not really using yet. Gas is still on for the stove and the pool heater.

Zooz's 500-series Z-Wave Plus paddle switch for wired on/off control of lights, with direct 3-way and 4-way wiring and a required neutral wire. Now discontinued and replaced by the 800-series ZEN71.
Front-door video doorbell. Cloud-leaning. Pairs with the Ring app and Alexa.

Wired indoor camera. Local RTSP if you want it; cloud if you do not configure it.

Variable-speed pool pump. Quiet, energy-sipping, runs the Trouble Free Pool turnover schedule.
